If you’re not happy with a new, unused product, you can send it back within 30 days of getting it. Just so you know, we can’t take back used stuff, no exceptions.
Changed your mind? There’s a 15% restocking fee. Want store credit instead? No fee! Heads up, shipping costs aren’t refundable. To return something, start the process online, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (we’ll take the shipping cost out of your refund). Or, you can ship it back yourself.
After we get your return, we’ll issue a refund in 1-2 business days. Your bank should have the money back to you in 2-5 days.

If Shroomhomies messes up and you get the wrong stuff, something’s busted (not from shipping), or things are missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, and you might get a refund.
When you reach out, include your order number, a quick note about the issue, and a video or photo that shows what’s up.
If you wait longer than 48 hours after getting your order to tell us, we can’t do a return or exchange.
Or, you can add the Shroomhomies Extended Warranty at checkout, which gives you 14 days instead of 48 hours to say something. If you pick this, when you contact us, you’ll need to send a photo of the packing slip, the product, and the shipping box with the label.
If your package comes back to us because of a bad address, you can pay for us to ship it again to a different or fixed address.
